When Sephora launched their distribution center initiative to hire 30% of their workforce with disabilities, our team was tasked with creating a promotional video that would inspire and move people. With storylines like Michael and Dylan's, there wasn't a dry eye in the house! This video won a Webby Award in 2019 and still continues to be one of my favorites.
